Mike Greenberg Bracket

The annual “Sheet of Integrity” wager, based on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament and the massive ESPN.com bracket contest, was one of the most popular segments of the entire year on Mike & Mike.

Mike Greenberg Career Background

Greenberg was approached in 1999, when ESPN Radio was only broadcasting in four markets, about returning to radio to co-host a morning drive-time show with Mike Golic. He agreed with the understanding that he would continue to anchor SportsCenter on a regular basis. On April 26, 2004, the show began a regular simulcast on ESPNEWS. Due to their continued success, the duo moved to ESPN2 in January 2005.

The annual “Sheet of Integrity” wager, based on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament and the massive ESPN.com bracket contest, was Mike & Mike’s most popular segment of the entire year. When Golic described how he would enter a large number of sheets into various pools in order to win the money involved in the pool, the bet was born.

Greenberg insisted that each such entrant submit only one “Sheet of Integrity.” Golic chose one of his (presumably) dozens of sheets to compete against Greenberg, with the loser forced to perform a humiliating stunt, usually on air. Greenberg won, and Golic had to wax his brows on the air for the first year.

Greenberg’s final day as a co-host of the Mike & Mike show was November 17th, 2017. On November 27, Trey Wingo, the host of NFL Live and ESPN’s SportsCenter, took over as Golic’s new morning show co-host, and the two are now part of Mike & Mike’s successor show, Golic and Wingo. Greenberg joined the show “Get Up!,” which premiered on April 2nd, 2018. It was a new morning show on ESPN.

Competition In 2007, Greenberg, an admitted New York Jets fan, agreed to wear a New England Patriots jersey to a Jets game and milk a cow live on-air. Buster Olney, an ESPN baseball analyst who grew up on a dairy farm, advised Greenberg on how to milk a cow.

Mike Greenberg ABC game show Duel

He was the host of the ABC game show Duel. The show’s first season, a six-episode special lasting a week premiered on December 17, 2007, and concluded on December 23, 2007. The show was renewed and debuted its second season on April 4, 2008; the sixteenth and final episode aired on July 30, 2008.
