n 1986, Dollar started building the Christian Center for World Changers Ministries. With eight attendees, he held the church’s first worship service in the College Park cafeteria of Kathleen Mitchell Elementary School. The congregation relocated from the cafeteria to a designated chapel, and he later changed the ministry’s name to World Changers Church International (WCCI). Every Sunday, there were four services held in addition to Changing Your World, a weekly radio show hosted by Creflo.
